The drilling unit as the part of the balancing machine corrects the imbalance by drilling into the appropriate sector. An electro-pneumatic manipulator which unloads and places the plates in from the carousel trays ensures automatic stacking and unloading of clutch pressure plates. The capacity of one container is 3x20 plates, which allows 30 min of automatic balancing without operation intervention. The new me asuring electronics V-TEST 12 is used for determining the value of imbalance on defined angle. By using the LCD monitor in conjunction with balancing software BalancingTest, a 100% inspection of clutch pressure plates balance can be performed in the line with machining centers FAMAR.
