MikroWin is a comprehensive software package for control of the Chameleon V and for data evaluation of all assays. The software controls instrument parameters such as measurement technology and mode (endpoint or kinetic), type of plate, selection of wells to be measured, filter selection, activation of temperature control, shaking options, injectors, etc. All of these parameters can be saved as a unique method. Measurement data is automatically saved and linked to the method file, which also includes preset calculations for data analysis. The calculated data can be easily saved, printed or exported....
