Weighing table Datasheet To ensure a correct and optimal weighing measurement, stability and accuracy are necessary, for weighing tables. Labflex’s weighing tables are often used where high demands are required for the measurement, as it measures to the 4th decimal. FRAME The weighing table includes 2 steel frames. The inner frame on which the weighing stone is placed and whose legs are independent of the outer frame. The outer frame takes the load from the table top and shocks against the table legs, so the measurement is not affected. Both frames are with 4 legs in strong 50 x 30 mm steel square tube. The legs are delivered with adjustable leveling feet with steel wire. All steel components are made of steel quality 037 DIN 2395A, which are resistant to the chemicals that Height often used in laboratories, and has a powder coating of at least 80μm RAL 9016. WORKTOPS The worktop has a hole for the weighing stone, which has 5 mm distance between the hole and the stone to all sides. The stnadard worktops are offered in laminate with either post-shaped front edge or white ABS edging. WEIGHING STONE The weighing stone is made of granite. The stone measures 450 x 350 mm and has a thickness of 40 mm. The stone is placed 90 mm from the front edge of the table on the narrow joint and in the middle of the width of the table. Below the weighing stone are vibration-damping bricks, and with the construction of the weighing table, it enables accurate measurement to the 4th decimal place.
