Specification
The XO-2070 Series is a ROHS-compliant product with a nominal frequency range from 25 kHz to 100 MHz. The nominal frequency tolerance at 25 ± 3°C is less than +10 ppm. Frequency stability is maintained within +10 ppm across a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with additional stability against supply voltage changes (±5%) and load changes, specified as less than +3 ppm and +2 ppm respectively.

Aging
The product experiences aging of +5 ppm in the first year and +2 ppm in subsequent years.

Supply Voltage and Current Consumption
The supply voltage is 5 V ± 5%. Current consumption is less than 25 mA for frequencies below 40 MHz and less than 35 mA for frequencies above 40 MHz.

Output Voltage and Load
The output voltage for HCMOS is specified as Low < 1.0 V and High > 4.0 V. The load is 1 kOhm // 15 pF, with an option for 1 kOhm // 50 pF for frequencies below 26 MHz. The duty cycle is 40/60%, with rise and fall times of 8 ns for frequencies below 40 MHz and 5 ns for frequencies above 40 MHz.

Temperature Ranges
Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, operable range is -25°C to +75°C, and storage range is -40°C to +85°C.

The product adheres to the KVG Product Qualification Procedure AA-QM-200.

The product is marked with the manufacturer's name, date code (week/year), specification, and center frequency.

Case and Pin Configuration
The case style is BF-100 with the following pin configuration: 1. N.C., 7. Ground, case, 8. RF-output, 14. Supply voltage.

Test Circuit
