Case and Pin Configuration:
The case style is BF-100. For TO-401/TO-402, pin 1 is N.C., pin 7 is ground/case, pin 8 is RF-output, and pin 14 is supply voltage. For TO-411/TO-412, pin 1 is control voltage Uc, with the same configuration for the other pins.
