Test conditions are set at a temperature of +25 °C with a supply voltage of 2.5 V or +1.65 V. The standard frequencies available are 10.0, 12.8, 13.0, 19.2, 20.0, and 25.0 MHz. The O-9500 and O-9300 types have supply voltages of +5.0 V ± 5% and +3.3 V ± 5%, respectively. Frequency stability options vary with temperature ranges from -20 °C to +70 °C and -40 °C to +85 °C, with different stability levels for each type.

2. Long Term Stability (Aging)
After 30 days of continuous operation, the aging options are < + 1 x 10-6 for the first year and < + 4 x 10-6 over 15 years, or < + 5 x 10-7 for the first year and < + 2 x 10-6 over 15 years.

3. Frequency Stability
Stability against supply voltage changes and load changes is < + 1.0 x 10-8 and < + 5.0 x 10-9, respectively. Overall stability, including temperature, supply voltage changes, and aging over 15 years, is < + 4.6 x 10-6.

4. Frequency Control
External tuning voltage allows for frequency control with a range of +0.5 V to +4.5 V or +0.3 V to 3.0 V, with a transfer function linearity of less than 10%.

5. Supply Current
Steady state current at +25 °C is < 120 mA, and during warm-up, it is < 400 mA. Warm-up time for typical accuracy is less than 5 minutes.

6. Output Signal
The output signal type is (LV)HCMOS with a duty cycle of 45% to 55% and rise and fall times of less than 5 ns.

7. Phase Noise
Typical phase noise for 10 MHz is specified at various offsets, with values such as < -102 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and < -155 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz and 1 MHz.

8. Environmental Conditions
The storage temperature range is from -45 °C to +90 °C, and the product complies with KVG Product Qualification Procedure AA-QM-200.

Products are marked with the manufacturer's name, date code, specification, and center frequency.

10. Case and Pin Configuration
The case type is BF157-6.5-SMD with a maximum height of 6.5 mm. Pin configuration includes VC or NC, GND and Case, RF output, and supply voltage +VS.
