MAGIDRIVE UHV SERIES Magnetically-Coupled Rotary Drives Features • Over 700 versions. All CF flange sizes. Manual, pneumatic, DC and stepper motor actuated • High torsional rigidity/stiffness, with up to 40Nm (29.5lbf ft) of torque. Zero backlash under low load • No damage if torque limit is exceeded - drive decouples and locks onto the next magnetic pole. No downtime, repair or replacement required. Ideal for UHV and production applications. • No welds. Inherently safe from leaks. Ideal for hazardous gases or critical applications. • Customized extension shafts are available upon request, and for longer shafts we offer a range of extended bearing housings to support the shaft along its axis of rotation. Hollow MagiDrive Model Hollow configuration compact rotary feedthroughs with a CF flange at the rear allow additional MagiDrives to be mounted, providing further axes of rotation. The hollow configuration also allow services to pass through the center of co-axial combinations of drives. Up to four axes of independent rotation can be configured for sophisticated manipulation requirements.
