Kuhlmann ELECTRO-HEAT Cast-in heaters Cast-in heaters, are made of a tubular element element (resistive core) coated with a high heat conduction metal (aluminium or brass alloys). The peculliar working of this Cast-in heater allows to reach an excellent heat transfer to the adjacent sur faces. Thank s to ist compac t struc ture, powercast i s par ticularly capable of achieving a temperature slightly higher than the working one, with the advantage of having a lower ser face load on the tubular ele ment.
