Kuhlmann ELECTRO-HEAT Datasheet Drum Heating COM1004AGB Base Drum Heating Base Heater / Drum Heater Type: The base drum heater is controlled by a capillary thermostat, with a temperature range of 0 -120 º C The base drum heater is specifically designed for melting or reducing the viscosity of products. The diameter of the base enables use on all sizes of drums up to 55 gallons (200 liters). If a rapid heat up is required and the contents will accept heat rapidly, or solid mediums are involved silicone or nylon jacket side drum heaters can be used in conjunction with the base unit or alternatively a thermal insulation Jacket. ■ Thermostat: Jumo heat therm 0 -120 º C Heating element: Wire element, glass impregnated silicone heater mat May also be used in addition to the other Insulation: 50 mm high densit y rock wool Supply lead: 2 meter power cable Item no.
