Micro feeder RotoTube 2.0 Volumetric und gravimetric General Information The RotoTube screw feeder is capable of reliably feeding granules as well as fine-grained bulk ingredients in the gram range. The feeder has the following main components: a freestanding chassis/weighing system combination, an aluminum housing, a rotary tube, a DC smart motor and an extension hopper for storing bulk material. The RotoTube is easily disassembled for wet or dry cleaning, whereby the hopper is detached from the fixed housing by means of quick-release fasteners and pulled off. The RotoTube is equipped with a tilting device for stepless tilting of the rotary tube to adjust the output as required. The gravimetric version includes the weighing system MD0 featuring a high resolution digital load cell with serial data transmission with a strain gauge load cell with advanced filtering technology. The unit conforms to CE directives. Feeder tips and feeding capacities The selection of the feeder tips and the determination of the feeding capacity is carried out product-specifically in the technical center of Brabender Technologie.
