Discharge station for bags BagDumper General Information The BagDumper is a discharge station for commercially available container bags. The BagDumper features an easily expandable modular design and is available in three standard versions: Version 1 features a stainless steel housing with a connection point to the existing plant dust collection system, an integrated safety grate, a window door with proximity switch, an internal air flow baffle, an outlet funnel, and legs. Version 2 adds filter cartridges and its own exhaust fan along with a pulse jet filter cleaning system. Version 3 features a glove box to allow low-contamination emptying of containers with dusty contents. The BagDumper can be used in conjunction with variety of Brabender Technologie Feeding systems including FlexWall-, DVT-, DSR-, DDSR-, SiloTray- and BAV-Series. The unit confirms to CE directives.
