World Best Efficiency TB series are world’s only and most advanced single stage centrifugal blowers based on high speed focused specialized technology. Concurrently designed impeller, motor, bearing and VFD are the key of our high efficiency. Due to it’s high rotational speed requirements, all components should have been redesigned considering high speed and high temperature conditions. Bearing life time, rotor stability, motor heat generation and cooling, new high speed VFD development, reliable high speed surge protection, high rise-to-surge feature; all those were new challenge in order to overcome high speed difficulties. Now, TB series are the world’s only blower which satisfies all technical requirements and efficiency. Package Layout Standard Maximum efficiency mode All heat from VFD and motor is mixed with intake air, and increases inlet temperature of the impeller. (usually ~ 7 degrees C). If scroll and pipe is not insulated, the inlet temperature increases more (over 10c). This increased inlet temperature lowers the compression efficiency 3-4%.
