Main Applications:
These units are primarily used for waste water and stormwater disposal.

The units operate with a flow rate of up to 150 m³/h and a head of up to 62 m. The fluid temperature is consistent with the pump's temperature.

Design Details:
The units feature a self-cleaning tank insert made from glass fibre reinforced polyester with a special gel coating. They include two flanged bends made of stainless steel A4 or cast iron, and a base reinforcement made of steel S235 with integrated stainless steel A4 fastening bolts.

Configuration and Function:
The tank insert is designed to enhance waste water transport to the pumps, with a patented shape that prevents fibre deposits and dead flow zones. The gel-coated surface improves self-cleaning, offering a longer service life and better resistance to hydrogen sulphide (H2S) compared to concrete materials.

An example designation is Amaclean 1000NDN050GGR60, which includes details such as type series, maximum inside diameter, design, flanged bend, material, installation parts, and installation depth.

Materials:
The tank insert is made of glass fibre reinforced polyester, the base reinforcement is steel S235, and the fastening inserts are stainless steel A4. The duckfoot bend can be made of cast iron or stainless steel A4.

The self-cleaning design prevents deposits, and the steel-reinforced base enhances anchoring and durability. The patented design facilitates easier pumping of waste and fibres, eliminating the need for separate flushing valves in selected hydraulic systems.

The minimum inside diameter of the concrete tank is available in 1000 mm, 1400 mm, and 1800 mm, with tank insert volumes of 320 l, 810 l, and 1740 l.

Scope of Supply:
The supply varies by model but generally includes a tank insert, base reinforcement, two flanged bends, three nail anchors for fastening the tank insert to the concrete structure floor, and fasteners.

Additional Items for Pump Sets:
For guide rail arrangements, additional items include a claw with stainless steel bolts/screws and an upper mounting bracket. For guide wire arrangements, additional items include a guide wire suspension bracket and a 10 m or 20 m guide wire made of stainless steel.
