2. Manufacturing Processes and Technologies

• Pressing and Moulding: Use of multi-platen presses, autoclaves (up to 20 bar and 400°C), vacuum tables, and CNC machining to produce plastic sheets and moulded parts from prepregs and thermoplastics.
• Filament Winding and Pultrusion: Production of laminated tubes and profiles using impregnated rovings and fabrics, with computer-controlled winding for precision hollow components. Max mandrel length 3,500 mm, diameter up to 600 mm, winding angles 0°–90°.
• Injection and Compression Moulding: Manufacture of complex components from high-performance thermoplastics (PEEK, PPS, PPA) supported by 3D modeling and Moldflow™ simulation.
• Machining: Precision turning, drilling, sawing, and water-jet cutting to tight tolerances.

• Laminating Process: Max mandrel length 1,400 mm; diameter 3 mm to 325 mm; fibres include carbon, glass, cotton; resin systems epoxy, phenol, silicon.
