Hand-held spray gun HS 30 - 1

Krautzbergera Hand-held spray gun HS 30 LINE Brief description The HS 30 low pressure hand-held spray gun is a further development of the well-established HS 25. The design of the HS 30 has been revised to allow the device to reap the following benefits of the XLINE air nozzle system: • Optimisation of the air nozzle via numerical flow simulation • Material changed to anodised aluminium; available in stainless steel on request • Automated 100% check integrated in the production process • Functional improvement of the air nozzles • Improved handling of the air nozzles • Colour-coded identification of spray procedures The XE air nozzle series has been specially developed for use on the HS 30. These nozzles are characterised by the following features: • Very fine atomisation • Broad, homogeneous spray pattern • Good suction power • Easily adjusted spray pattern • High level of application efficiency In addition to the conventional XE system, the HLVP system by Krautzberger has also been fundamentally revised and completes the range of hand-held spray guns with the HS 30 HV3. Special features • Reduced expenditure of energy on the pull lever to allow fatigue-free work • New, anodised, easy-care surface • Simple handling • User-friendly and dirt-resistant air nozzle locking thread • Extensive air and material nozzle range Technical data • L/W/H: 194/50/219 mm • Weight (without container): 0.57 kg • Flow connection: W17.5 x19AG • Suction connection: G3/8 • Atomiser air connection: Spout DN 8/9 or G1/4 AG Krautzberger GmbH StockbornstraBe 13 D-65343 Eltville am Rhein Telefon: +49(0)6123 698-0 Telefax: +49(0)6123 698-200 mail@krautzberger.com www.krautzberger.com Sales hotline Phone: +49(0)6123 698-222 Fax: +49(0)6123 698-240
