SERIES 1800 SCREENING/WASHING PLANT Model 1892S Spec Sheet The KPI-JCI Series 1892 plants fuse all the features of the conventional Series 1800 plants, the Series 9000 dewatering screens, cyclones, slurry pumps and KPI-JCI custom engineered chassis or skid mounted support structures into one complete, compact aggregate processing package. The Model 1892 plants are designed for aggregate producers requiring a single plant to rinse and size up to three stone products while simultaneously washing, dewatering and fine tuning one or two sand products to a level typically not possible with a conventional Series 1800 plant. Available in portable (Model #’s 1892P & 1892PH), semi-portable or stationary configurations (Model #’s 1892S & 1892SH), these plants are custom built to meet the application requirements and can be configured with various types and sizes of conventional screens, various types and quantities of cyclones, various pump sizes and various dewatering screen sizes. Other custom features include roll-away or swing away screen overs chutes, blending chutes, cross conveyors, multiple liner options, electrical packages with vfd’s as required, hydraulic leveling jacks, hydraulically folding cyclone support system and electric/hydraulic or gas/ hydraulic power packs. • PRIMARY SCREEN Model #1892P & #1892S: − KPI-JCI 3-deck, single shaft, 10° wet vibrating screens ranging from 5’ x 14’ to 6’ x 20’ units on portable plants and up to 8’ x 20’ screens on the skid mounted or stationary plants.
