Portable Feeder Conveyor
The Portable Feeder Conveyor Series 12 includes models 12-3050, 12-3060, 12-3070, 12-3650, 12-3660, and 12-3670. These models have a capacity of 450 to 600 tons per hour, with conveyor lengths ranging from 50 to 70 feet and belt widths of 30 to 36 inches. Maximum discharge heights vary from 17’ 8” to 23’ 11”. The conveyor drive horsepower ranges from 15 to 25, while the feeder drive horsepower is between 5 and 7.5.
The Series 12 Feed Hopper has a 10 cubic yard capacity with a top opening of 12’ by 6’. It features a belt feeder with a speed of 100 fpm, controlled by a manual gate or optional variable frequency drive.
The conveyor has a 24” deep lattice frame and is powered by an electric head end v-belt drive, with a belt speed of approximately 350 fpm. It is supported by a manual telescoping pin lock undercarriage.
The equipment is supported by a heavy-duty channel type chassis with a king pin hitch. It is painted with one coat of primer and a finish coat of beige acrylic.
Available options include belt cleaners, undercarriage lift cylinder, electric/hydraulic power pack, various idlers, rubber disc returns, pintle hitch, variable frequency feeder drive, 3-ply belting, manual and hydraulic top fold, dump grizzly options, dual tires, travel lights, and air brakes.

Hopper Feeder: The Series 12 Feed Hopper has a 10 cubic yard capacity. The top opening of the hopper is 12’ long by 6’ wide. Its sidewalls are made of 3/16” steel plate. An 8 foot long belt feeder is located underneath the hopper. The feeder has a belt speed of 100 fpm, and it is powered with a gear reducer drive. The head pulley has grooved rubber lagging and the tail pulley is a self cleaning steel wing type.
