Conveyor Frame: The conveyor features a 24” deep lattice frame designed for durability and stability.

Idlers: Standard idlers are CEMA B with a 5” diameter. It includes 35-degree troughing idlers on 4’ spacing, 20-degree idlers at the feed point with close spacing, and flat steel return idlers on 10’ spacing.

Undercarriage: Equipped with a manual telescoping pin lock and a single axle with 11:00 – 22.5 tires on swivel wheel boxes.

Stockpile Capacities: For 100 pcf material, the conical pile capacity is 1,176 tons, 1° pile segment is 42 tons, 90° pile is 4,981 tons, and 180° pile is 8,787 tons.

Options: Various options are available including radial hopper, rock box hopper, hydraulic drive, AR liners, undercarriage lift cylinder, power travel, pintle hitch, impact idlers, rubber disc return idlers, CEMA C idlers, 3 ply belting, vulcanized belt splice, manual or hydraulic top fold, kingpin, dual tires, travel lights, and air brakes. Some options are recommended for highway portability.
