Conveyor Frame: The conveyor features a 24” deep lattice frame designed for durability and stability.

Idlers: Standard idlers are CEMA B with a 5” diameter. It includes 35-degree troughing idlers on 4’ spacing, 20-degree idlers at the feed point with close spacing, and flat steel return idlers on 10’ spacing.

Stockpile Capacities: For 100 pcf material, the conical pile capacity is 772 tons, 1° pile segment is 27 tons, 90° pile is 3,237 tons, and 180° pile is 5,701 tons.

Options: Available options include radial hopper, rock box hopper, oversized rock box hopper, hydraulic drive, self-contained power, AR liners, anchor pivot, undercarriage lift cylinder, 7.5 Hp electric/hydraulic power pack, power travel, pintle hitch, impact idlers, rubber disc return idlers, CEMA C idlers, 3 ply, 330 PIW belting, vulcanized belt splice, kingpin, dual tires, travel lights, and air brakes. Some options are recommended for highway portability.
