1) The Surseat Minis come with collets for 3/16” and 1/4” tubing. 5) Secure the collet into position by sliding the locking spring into the closed position. 2) For the P-45, screw the fitting into the 3/16” collet for 3/16” tube and the 1/4”collet for 1/4” 6) Spray some WD-40, or equivalent, to the lapping head before use. 3) For the P-37, clamp the correct size collet around the tube. 7) Rotate the lapping head back and forth in the flare until a clean seat is formed. Do not lap more than what is necessary. 4) With the locking spring in the open position, insert the collet into the Surseat’s hex cavity. Watch the videos at www.koultools.com
