The stand alone lab version is a cost effective solution for standard and high power LEDs. With the proven sphere design of Instrument Systems and a diameter of 150 mm it fulfils the requirements for accurate luminous flux measurements. All spectrometers from Instrument Systems can be interfaced with the ISP 150L by means of fiberoptic cable. Self-absorption effects of the samples can be compensated by the optional 10 W auxiliary light source. For LED production applications like LED sorting or wafer probing, Instrument Systems offers users a protective dome or window which will be mounted on the ISP 150L 50 mm opening port. The 36 mm diameter quartz dome or the 35 mm quartz window protect the BaSO4 coating against contamination and environmental influences.
