The KONČAR Electrical Engineering Institute's calibration laboratory has over 55 years of experience, offering high-level calibration services for various instruments and testing equipment. The laboratory provides customized calibration solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Calibration is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of measuring instruments. It ensures that equipment performs within specified limits, which is essential for quality assurance in various applications.
The laboratory calibrates a wide range of electrical equipment, including digital and analog multimeters, voltmeters, ammeters, current clamps, resistors, capacitors, calibrators, oscilloscopes, wattmeters, power analyzers, and more. EMC & RF equipment such as electrostatic discharge generators, burst generators, surge generators, and spectrum analyzers are also calibrated.
Since 2004, the laboratory has been accredited by the Croatian Accreditation Agency (HAA) in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025. The HAA is a full member of the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) and ILAC, ensuring international recognition of the laboratory's calibration services.
The laboratory offers numerous calibration procedures tailored to customer needs. After calibration, customers receive a certificate and advice on equipment status. If equipment does not meet specifications, adjustments can be made, followed by recalibration.
The laboratory provides precise and fast calibration services, with the option for express service. Automated calibration procedures enhance productivity and quality. The laboratory also offers flexible services, including periodic notifications for calibration schedules and comprehensive management of various equipment types through collaboration with other laboratories.
