Hydraulic System All Komatsu XT machines have a load sense, pressurecompensated hydraulic systems for better efficiency, smooth operation, and cooler running hydraulic system. Large 100 gal. (379 liters) capacity hydraulic oil tank keeps return oil cool, internal baffles help minimize aeration. Three separate return filters ensure clean oil and prevent high back pressures in the pump and motor case drains. SERVICE ACCESS Engine oil filter, fuel filters and water separator located for easy service access. Daily engine service points, batteries, fuel filters, and cold weather starting options are all located behind a large perforated swing-out door that completely exposes the left side of the engine.
