ROTARY SLITTER Fast and accurate rotary slitter scorer  Multi-out rotary slitter  Simple and quick set-up  Variable speed control  Solid, durable construction The ROTARY SLITTER has been developed to offer the user a simple yet fast method of cutting and scoring corrugated board ready for box making. With multiple slitting and scoring tools the machine can be set up to produce as many as four correct size blanks from a single pass at speeds of up to 120 metres per minute. The slitting and scoring tools simply slide along the chrome plated shafts and are locked in place at the correct position by the operator. The top cover is hinged to allow quick and easy access but is held shut by an electrically operated locking device whilst the shafts are turning. The height of the shafts is adjustable to allow control of the grip and crease pressure, whilst an inverter is used to control the throughput speed. KOLBUS AutoBox The future of boxm
