In the dosaging area of a high-speed packaging machine, they increase production reliability and optimise the GMP concept - like our new Mediseal dosing roller. ^■Direct transfer Direct product transfer from the CP400 to the P3200 cartoner takes place without fault-prone intermediate stacking units. ^■Manual insertion chute Via the manual insertion chute, ejected blisters can be fed back into the packaging process and cartoned at the end of the batch at production speed. ^■Leaflets An example of user-friendliness: the leaflet transport system is very easily accessible; the GUK 2000 folding machine can even be accessed through 360°. ^flP3200 cartoner Applying the “direct transfer” principle, the P3200 cartoning machine receives blisters directly, i.e. without any intermediate stacking units. This reduces the use of format parts to a minimum. An automatic, motor-driven carton height adjuster facilitates format changes and smooth carton transport using a 3-point guide.
