New app for remote monitoring The new, optional, KODAK Mobile CTP Control App lets you monitor your MAGNUS Q800 Platesetter remotely with your Android or IOS device. Know instantly if one of your CTP devices needs attention, even if you are out of the room or off site, so you can get back to making plates quickly. Advanced automation Automating prepress production helps reduce waste and costly errors while optimizing throughput and efficiency. The MAGNUS Q800 Platesetter is available with multiple automation options—from the semi-automatic base unit, to single- or multicassette units, to the Automatic Pallet Loader. The Automatic Pallet Loader (APL) enables fast plate loading, reduced labor costs, and long unattended operation. Simply load a pallet of up to 650 plates into the APL bay, and the machine does the rest, removing slip sheets and loading each plate automatically into the platesetter.
