This state-of-the-art simplex press enables you to add customization and variable data to a broad range of pre-printed web rolls at a running cost far below that of other digital presses. With the PROSPER 6000S Press, you can drive business growth with new digital capabilities, eliminate plate changes or costly off-line processes for short runs and versioning, minimize excess inventory, and free up current production processes for greater productivity. The KODAK PROSPER 6000S Press can print on a wide range of coated and uncoated substrates, making it ideal for adding high-value, relevant content and targeted advertising to labels, direct mail, retail flyers, gaming applications, home décor, and more. The PROSPER 6000S Press is easily configured with Kodak partner components to create a complete, end-to-end solution that includes workflow, finishing, and coating. Built using KODAK Stream Inkjet Technology, the PROSPER 6000S Press prints high quality at high speed. At standard resolutions of 600 x 600 dpi, the system can run a blazing fast 300 mpm (1000 fpm), or at 200 mpm (650 fpm) when printing higher resolution 600 x 900 dpi output. Unique nano-particulate pigment KODAK EKTACOLOR Inks and intelligent inter-station drying optimize both quality and productivity, even in high-coverage applications, while an onboard intelligent print system offers dedicated image quality management and inspection of digitally-printed content. Print widths range from 203 mm (8 inches) to 620 mm (24.5 inches). The Heavy Substrate Option opens up even more opportunities by enabling production of folding cartons and other packaging applications on paperboard up to 24 point (405 gsm). Complete solution
