Open the catalog to page 9MIL-C-14806A 4.4.2 Cemented and bonded surfaces.- Ccated area shall be visually examined to dtermine conformance to 3.3. 4.4.3 Coating quality.- Cocted surfaces shall be examined for conformance to 3.5 as follows: 4.4.3.1 The coating shall be examined by botii transmission and reflection for vidence of fiaking, peeling or blisterir.g. The test method is as shown in Figure I-b. A force of between 2 and 2 1/2 lbs. shall be applied. Strok.es of approximately one inch shall be made if the size of the lment pennits; stnaller strokes for snaller 驩lments.
