Smartline Preparative Module 6100 Most Compact Injection & Fractionation in Preparative HPLC Systems The Preparative Module 6100 arose of a Smartline Assistant 6000 version and is an extremely compact injection and fractionation module for preparative HPLC systems. It involves a Smartline Pump 100 and an injection valve drive at the front and a fractionation valve drive in the rear. By combining these single modules into one Smartline housing, these modules are seamlessly integrated into a Prepline system or into a Smartline tower. The Preparative Module 6100 is offered in several configurations, for instance with 6, 12, or 16switching positions on the fractionation valve, with either 1/8” or 1/16” connectors. The fractionation/recycling valve enables the collection of up to 5, 11, or 15 fractions. Port 6, 12, and 16 are the waste positions, respectively. Optionally, two ports can be used for solvent and peak recycling. The number of fractions can be easily expanded by cascading one or more additional valves.
