Engineered with rigid steel construction and equipped with a Sandpiper HDF2 diaphram pump, the ATS 2200 provides reliability and durability for many years of use. The pneumatic diaphram pump runs on shop air, with no additional power needed. The unit also features a patented 6” Cross-Flow Separator design which removes sediment from the water stream before it reaches the pump increasing the removal rate and virtually eliminating maintenance costs and pump repairs. The unique abrasive removal “nozzles” allow for high rates of removal of more than one ton per hour. The ATS 2200 can be used manually or make sludge removal completely hands free with an optional in-tank pipe kit and cycle timer which are sold separately.
