Product catalog summary
Specifications:
The document provides detailed specifications for various models of a mechanical component, likely a slide or actuator. The models include V-10, V-10L, V-11, V-11L, V-18, and V-18L. Each model is characterized by its construction size, which includes width (B), height (H), length of the slide (L), and length of the end stop (LL).

Dimensions:
- V-10: Width 96 mm, Height 70 mm, Slide Length 130 mm, End Stop Length 12.5 mm
- V-10L: Width 96 mm, Height 70 mm, Slide Length 260 mm, End Stop Length 12.5 mm
- V-11: Width 112 mm, Height 70 mm, Slide Length 130 mm, End Stop Length 12.5 mm
- V-11L: Width 96 mm, Height 70 mm, Slide Length 260 mm, End Stop Length 12.5 mm
- V-18: Width 180 mm, Height 86 mm, Slide Length 130 mm, End Stop Length 22.0 mm
- V-18L: Width 180 mm, Height 86 mm, Slide Length 260 mm, End Stop Length 22.0 mm

Force Specifications:
Each model is also defined by its continuous and peak force capabilities:
- V-10: Continuous Force 80 N, Peak Force 250 N
- V-10L: Continuous Force 160 N, Peak Force 500 N
- V-11: Continuous Force 150 N, Peak Force 450 N
- V-11L: Continuous Force 300 N, Peak Force 900 N
- V-18: Continuous Force 300 N, Peak Force 900 N
- V-18L: Continuous Force 600 N, Peak Force 1800 N

Stroke Lengths:
The available nominal stroke lengths for these components are 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm.

Calculation:
The total length (L) of the component is calculated using the formula: Total Length L [mm] = S + L + 2 x (LL + 5), where S is the stroke length.

Standard Linear Motor Systems Series LMS V-1

The LMS V series was specially conceived for vertical applications and for the movement of small to medium loads. The compact and rigid construction ensures a constantly high position accuracy even with accelerated dynamics. Because of the optional use of a weight compensation and a brake system, the desired position can be maintained without the use of a power engine. Due to the optimised construction shape and the wide range of options coupled with a variety of power classes, the LMS V series is technically and economically best suited for application cases in the automation technology, general engine and plant construction, for clean room applications of the semiconductor, electronic, medical and pharmaceutical industry, print and textile industry applications as well as transfer applications and packaging • high-speed handling • Pick & Place high-frequency testing machines assembly applications test units • optimised for vertical applications • compact construction shape • highest dynamics • various protection classes as required • clean room applications - optionally • hall sensor optionally available limit switch optionally available robust application magnetic weight compensation pneumatic weight compensation pneumatic holding brake (optional) LINEAR MOTION TECHNOLOGY GMBH
