Installation Instructions: Ensure flanges are clean and dry before installation. The tape should be placed in the center of the seal area, starting at a screw hole, and cut diagonally for overlap. Tighten screws diagonally in stages to prevent flange bending. It is recommended not to reuse seals.

Dimensions and Formats: Available in thicknesses from 2 mm to 9 mm and widths from 10 mm to 65 mm, the tape can be adapted to various sealing requirements. The 3 mm thickness is generally used for steel flanges, while thicker tapes are recommended for glass-lined flanges and weak materials.

Recommendations: For steel flanges, a seal width of 33% to 50% of the seal surface is recommended. For tension-sensitive flanges, the seal width should cover the maximum seal surface area to distribute tension evenly.
