The gasket's performance depends on proper storage and fitting. It is crucial to ensure that the contact pressure during operation exceeds the minimum required pressure without exceeding the maximum permissible pressure. The material should not be reused for safety reasons.

Typical values include compressibility (12-25%), recovery (30-45%), and tensile strength (20-25 MPa). The maximum temperature is 900°C, and the density is approximately 2.1 g/cm³.

Installation Notes
