KLINGERflon Sealant Tape

Application: KLINGERflon Sealant Tape is designed for durable sealing of fittings and appliances against fluid, vapor, and gas leakage. It allows easy slackening of treated joints after extended use and is chemically resistant to most agents except fluorine and melted alkaline metals. The tape is applied by wrapping around screw or bolt threads with slight tension and minimal overlap.

Product Description: Made from unsintered and degreased PTFE, the tape is available on plastic reels, 12 meters in length and 12 mm in width. It comes in two types: Type S (0.10 mm gauge, DVGW-approved) and Type N (0.08 mm gauge, not DVGW-approved). It is temperature resistant from -196°C to +250°C.

KLINGERflon Spray

Application: KF Spray is a CHC- and HCFC-free separating agent for plastics, elastomers, and adhesives. It enhances de-moulding rates and reduces processing faults like orange-peel effects. The spray is grease-free and non-contaminating, suitable for various industrial and domestic applications.

Product Description: The spray is a TFE-based separating, anti-seizing, and lubricating agent, dispersed in CHC- and HCFC-exempt solvents. It leaves a thin white TFE coating that is temperature resistant up to +265°C, chemically inert, and self-lubricating.

Form of Supply: Available as KLINGERflon aerosols of 400 ml content, supplied in cartons of 12.
