Application The roof fans of new generation are designed for the general ventilation of buildings. They are meant for forwarding the dry air of maximum temperature +C, of dustiness not exceeding , g/m, without viscous, aggressive pollutants or impurities that could create explosion risk. The SMART family of fans is a series of seven sizes of motor rates from , kW up to , kW and maximum volume ow . m/h. Structure The SMART fans as unique among the examples on the market are featured by original construction of bent steel pro les giv-ing the skeleton of aerodynamic and at the same very robust properties. Inside is a motor with a radial impeller of aluminium and steel sheets. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The circumferential surface around the lower skeleton is formed of a steel wire spiral or an expanded wire mesh, giving an openwork structure through which the air is discharged. The free spaces of the operwork surface meet the requirements of suitable normatives. Therefore an accident access to the rotat-ing impeller is practically impossible. The upper part of the fan is shielded by a hood made of a polyester-glass composite of high mechanic resistance and extraordinary aesthetic features. The fan has to be mounted on a roof base. It is recommended to apply a sound absorbing roof base type TPD-N or TPDC-N of adequate size adapted to the fan. Acoustics Low noise level was crucial in the course of designing the SMART family of fans. This is the basic target of the KLIMAWENT Policy of Quality. Due to this, during the constructional works, several impellers, varying in shape, size, blade quantity and blade inclination, were designed and launched. All these impellers were submit to tests in the company Research Development Laboratory. As a result, impellers of the lowest noise level were nally selected.Complementary elements:Ж TPD-N or TPDC-N sound absorbing roof bases on which the fans are installed. Their application reduces the noise coming indoors by up to dB/A,֖ silencers for the roof fans, which are suspended under the sound absorbing roof bases , inside the room. >

Stylistics Apart from the practical features, can the fan be additionally an adornment to the building?For sure SMART fans are also ful lling this aspect. The unique visual features consists in stylistics formed by the streamline shape and the four water drop-shape concaves in the laminate hood. Due to this, the fan attracts high approbation among the architects, as they are in harmony with the environment. As a standard the fan is in bright-grey colour (RAL ). On demand, we can apply another colouring ful lling the customers wishes. We are open to create an extraordinary imaginative design...
