Application
MATRIX-1000 is designed for air cleaning from dust at mobile welding stations and can capture other low-emission dusts (up to 10 dm³ per day) provided they are dry and non-explosive. It uses a cartridge filter with a Teflon membrane to capture dust particles smaller than 0.4µm. The unit supports extraction arms with a diameter of 160 mm and a work range of 2 meters. Structure
The MATRIX-1000 comprises a polyester-glass composite housing, a radial fan made of zinc-coated steel, a cartridge filter with a Teflon-coated membrane, rotary jets for filter regeneration, brackets for extraction arms, a control unit (manual or automatic), six wheels for mobility, and a vacuum cleaner for filter chamber cleaning.

Filtering efficiency is 99.5%, and flow volume is measured with clean filters.

Additional Equipment / Spare Parts
Includes a vacuum cleaner (Pitbull-1) for dust removal and a cartridge filter (PTM 085032R) with 99.5% efficiency. The vacuum cleaner weighs 4.2 kg, and the filter requires replacement every 1-2 years.

Options
MATRIX-1000 is available in manual and automatic control versions. The automatic version features an electromagnetic valve that opens automatically to supply compressed air to rotary jets.

Operational Use
The device requires connection to a compressed air installation with a pressure of at least 0.6 MPa and a 16 mm diameter hose. It operates on a 230V power supply with a 5-meter cable. For filter regeneration, dust accumulates on the filter's outer surface and is removed by rotary jets. In manual models, users must operate a ball valve and lance, while automatic models regenerate filters upon restarting the device. Accumulated dust in the 10 dm³ chamber should be periodically removed using the included vacuum cleaner.

MATRIX 1000 APPLICATION MATRIX-1000 is applied for cleaning the air from dust at the mobile welding stations. It can be also used for capturing other dusts of low emission of contamination (up to 10 dm³ a day), provided that the dust is dry and does not cause explosion hazard. Due to the applied cartridge lter with a te on membrane, are captured even the dust particles smaller than 0,4ìm. MATRIX-1000 units are adapted for installing the extraction arms of diameter 160 mm and workrange 2 metres (ERGO-L/Z-2-R).
