HOTMELT HOSES WITH REPLACEABLE INNER CORE Even more flexible: with replaceable inner core. In this special development, the inner core in which adhesives or other ther moplastic products are transported is replaceable. This enables the hose to be put back into operation quickly and, above all, cost -effectively in the event of a glue channel blockage. This hose-in-hose system makes it possible to simply replace the clogged glue core from the hose with a new PTFE hose. Especially suitable for reactive hot melt adhesives. The hotmelt hoses with replaceable inner core can be manufactured in a system-compatible manner, as the materials used are adapted to the respective requirement profile. Special features resulting from the specific applications are taken into account. These inclu de looped-through control and air lines, special fittings or electrical plug and head connections.
