DATA SHEET HEATING HOSES FOR THE AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY KR for robot systems This heating hose was specially developed for use on industrial robots. Due to the strong dynamic load caused by the use of the robot, the hose is equipped with a special and particularly strong, waterproof outer jacket, as well as a special protective element for the internal temperature sensor, in addition to other special measures. For KLETTI's heating hoses, a high-quality PTFE or PFA (only up to 100°C) inner hose is usually used. These inner pressure hoses, with different wire coverings, are used for special applications where high demands are made on the pressure load capacity of the heating hoses.
