DATA SHEET FOOD STUFF HEATING HOSES This heating hose from KLETTI is used especially in the food industry. It is used for optimal conveying of fatty or non -fatty foods as well as for conveying other liquid and pasty foods. Since strict hygiene regulations apply in the food industry and the hose is of ten exposed to chemicals and other stresses, this hose has a washable silicone outer jacket and washable silicone end caps. Inside the basic hose is a PTFE core or corrugated stainless s teel hose, which ensures optimum transport of the media due to a low coefficient of friction. This internal PTFE core or corrugated stainless steel hose meets the criterion "food safe according to F.D.A.". Furthermore, KLETTI is careful to use only high-quality stainless-steel fittings for these heating hoses. The maximum operating temperature depends on the area of application and is made individually for you.
