Overview:
The TOS3200 Leakage Current Tester is designed for measuring touch current and protective conductor current in general electrical equipment, adhering to IEC 60990 standards. It is not suitable for medical electrical equipment.

Additional Specifications:- Frequency Accuracy: At 10 kHz, the accuracy is ±(5.0% of reading + 0.5 mA).
- Input Characteristics: Input resistance is 1 MΩ±1%, and input capacitance is less than 200 pF.
- Common Mode Rejection Ratio: At frequencies up to 10 kHz, it is 60 dB or greater; between 10 kHz and 1 MHz, it is 40 dB or greater.
Judgement Function:- Method: Pass/fail judgement using a window comparator mode with set upper and lower current limits.
- Display: U-FAIL for currents above the upper limit, L-FAIL for currents below the lower limit, with visual and audible indicators.
- PASS Hold: Retention time for a PASS judgement can be set between 0.2 s to 10.0 s or to HOLD.

- Range 1: DC/RMS from 30 μA to 600 μA, PEAK from 50 μA to 850 μA.
- Range 2: DC/RMS from 151 μA to 6.00 mA, PEAK from 213 μA to 8.50 mA.
- Range 3: DC/RMS from 1.51 mA to 30.0 mA, PEAK from 2.13 mA to 90.0 mA. - Voltage Measurement: DC/RMS from 10.000 V to 300.0 V, PEAK from 15.000 V to 430.0 V with an accuracy of ±(3% of reading + 2V).
Safety and Detection:
SELV Detection: The SELV setting range is 10 V to 99 V, with a DANGER lamp activation if exceeded.
Timer and Test Execution:- Timer Settings: Test wait time from 0 s to 999 s, and test time from 1 s to 999 s with an OFF function.
- Execution Modes: AUTO mode for automatic execution of up to 100 steps, and MANUAL mode for independent execution.
Memory and Results:- Test Conditions: Up to 100 sequence programs can be saved in both AUTO and MANUAL modes.
- Test Results: Option to save judgement results, with storage for up to 50 programs or tests.

Warm-up time must be 30 minutes or longer. Reading (rdng) refers to the measured value, and set refers to the set value. Specific conditions apply to custom-made or modified products and those with CE marking.
