1_INNOLINE GTR TRANSPORTATION OF NON-RETURNABLE CONTAINERS Requirements and solutions Great demands are made on conveyors for non-returnable packs. This is partly attributable to the wide range and combinations of different types of packaging to be processed, such as cartons, trays, and film-wrapped packs in various shapes and sizes, and also to the requirements of the machines interconnected by the conveyors, and not least the amount of space available at the customer's plant. In order to meet all of these requirements, KHS has developed a standardized Key Features · All segments are made of stainless steel or rustproof materials, guaranteeing hygiene and a long service life · Curved mat chains made of low-wear plastic are the ideal means of conveyance for curved conveyors · Accumulation roller mat chains made of durable plastic handle products accumulating on the conveyors gently · Conveyor rollers are made of stainless steel, conveyor whose modular design can be individually tailored to cater for the customer's specific needs. Depending on the type and size of the packaging, a choice can be made between straight or curved mat chain or roller conveyors.
