KFT high pressure injectors are designed with a spray technology by micro-points system, achieving a perfect distribution and homogenization of the brine in the injected product. • Injection heads: from 30 to 360 needles. • Possibility of incorporate 1 or 2 tenderizer heads. PRODUCTS TO PROCESS: • Any type of product with and without bone, meat, fish and cephalopod mollusk, with a maximum height of up to 250mm. • Brine tank with triple filtration and anti-precipitation agitator. First pre-filter with self-cleaning, second double micro filters and finally an extra filter basket for the extra supply of brine. • Possibility of adjust the injection pressure from 1 to 12 bars, depending on the product and the volume to be injected. • HMI touch screen with the possibility of load up to 99 recipes, real-time data of the state of the auxiliary motors and the possibility of change any parameter in real time such as the speed of the belt, the general speed or the monitoring of the pressure of injection. • Monitoring system with a backlit sight glass to ensure the absence of air in the brine. • Option to visualize the machine production data in real time and be able to use them in other lines of the factory, thanks to the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) communication module for companies integrated in Industry 4.0.
