Dimensions vary across models, with keypads ranging from 68.0mm x 90.0mm to 100.0mm x 120.0mm. All models operate within a temperature range of -20℃ to +65℃ and can be stored between -30℃ and +75℃. They require a DC +5V±5% power supply and have a working current ranging from ≈30mA to ≈150mA. The keypads are designed with IP65 or IP68 protection levels, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
The keypads feature 12 to 16 keys with a key travel of 1.50±0.10mm and a lifespan of over 5 million actuations. They are constructed from stainless steel with carbon-on-gold key switch technology, providing a tactile feel for accurate data input. The keypads are waterproof, vandal-proof, and resistant to rust and salt spray corrosion.
These keypads support various interfaces including Dot matrix, PS2, USB, RS232, and RS485. They are compatible with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac OSX, Vxworks, and Android.
All models are RoHS Compliant and certified with CE, FCC, and ESD standards.
Optional industrial backlighting is available in red, blue, white, or green, enhancing visibility in outdoor and harsh environments. The keypads are designed for easy mounting with water-tight gaskets and stainless steel plates.
