Open the catalog to page 6Signature Series Wood Cabinet Information Base Cabinet Dimensional Information Wood Drawer Size Codes 6u Drawer Code Door Code Base cabinets are designed on a 32mm high "unit" system to allow maximum flexibility in the selection of drawer and/or cupboard door sizes. Standing height cabinets (35" high) have an opening 24 "units" high. Sitting height cabinets (30" high) have an opening 20 "units" high. ADA height cabinets (321/2" high) have an opening 22 "units" high. What this means is that any combination of drawer and cupboard door heights equaling 24, 22, or 20 units can be used in a base cabinet....

The A Option provides unfinished ends on both ends of the cabinet. Unfinished ends may be specified for base cabinets, full height cabinets or wall cabinets. To specify Unfinished Ends, add A to the end of the cabinet number. Note: Unfinished ends cannot be specified on Mobile and Suspended Cabinets, on Center Bench End Sink Cabinets or on cabinets with Toe Spaces on the end of the cabinet. When a removable back is specified, a 16" high access opening is cut in the cupboard back and covered with a nominal 1/4"-(5.5mm) hardboard back held in place by four screws. A removable back may be added to any base cabinet with a cupboard at least 171/2" high. To specify Removable Back, add F to the end of the cabinet number. In addition, base cabinets may be specified with the J option to add lock panels. Lock panels are installed between drawers Option J Option K and/or drawers and cupboards to provide additional security when the locks on a cabinet are keyed different. Locks Types Cabinet locks are available in two types. Disk Tumbler which offers medium security, and Pin Tumbler which offer a higher level of security. Each cabinet is furnished with four (4) levelers. The levelers are accessible for adjustment though holes in the cabinet bottom that are covered with plug buttons. They are mounted on 100 pound capacity lineal ball bearing full-extension slides.
