• EXCELLENT TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE • EXCELLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTIES • LOW VISCOSITY • QUICK HARDENING KEOL-UV 4519 KEOL-UV 4519 is a low viscosity, clear, 100% reactive liquid adhesive which can be easily cured by exposure to a UV lamp at a wavelength of 395 nm. This system demonstrates superior uniform depth curing capabilities down to 2.50cm. After hardening, KEOL-UV 4519 exhibits excellent mechanical properties, high stability in outdoor environment, and high temperature and hydrolytic stability. EPOXY 4.5% Translucent yellow Suitable for embedding, coating plastics and metal surfaces as protection against harsh climatic environments The rate of cure depends on the spectral distribution of the configuration of the light source and the UV intensity. Complete hardening should be determined empirically (by measuring properties such as hardness). The cationic curing mechanism will continue for several hours after the light source is removed. The final hardening is obtained within 24 hours.

STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT The shelf life of KEOL-UV 4519 is 6 months at 15-25 ° C. For best results, store in original, tightly closed containers. Note that the product should not be exposed to light.
