This grade combines a tough substrate with a new generation of TiAlN super nano coating, resulting in minimal residual stress and high hardness. It is primarily used for machining Stainless Steel, High Temperature Alloys, and Titanium under stable conditions, but can also be applied to Steel, Steel Alloys, and Cast Irons.
X700
Coating Type: PVD, TiAlN, X-Grade™ Technology
This patented carbide grade is part of the X-Grade™ Technology program, designed for challenging applications in Nickel and Cobalt Based Alloys, Titanium, and Stainless Steels. GH2
Uncoated, Micrograin
