MOTION Pinch Valve Line Solenoid Technology Power Pinch Valve (PPV) The new Power Pinch Valve (PPV) from Kendrion impresses with its unique valve design, which offers numerous new application possibilities. With high clamping force of 42N, the direct acting solenoid pinch valve 2/2 way is ideally suited for PVC and silicone tubes with an outside diameter of up to 8 mm. The area of application of the pinch valve extends from medical technology and laboratory systems to the beverage industry and agriculture, for example, watering systems. The valve assembly based on a single-stroke linear solenoid ensures secure clamping with precisely coordinated magnetic and spring force. The tube can be clamped either by magnetic force (normally open) or spring-loaded (normally closed). • High clamping force of approx. 42N. • Universally applicable for various tube materials tube materials (pvC and Silicone). • Suitable for tubes with outer diameter of 4 - 8 mm. • Chemical resistance depends on the tube material. • No dead spots as with conventional valve bodies • Flow in both direction possible. • Medium completely separated from valve parts. • Position detection via light barrier on request.
