Design and Principle
The gear flow meters operate on a positive displacement principle, with two gears rotating inside a chamber. The rotation frequency, proportional to the flow rate, is measured by sensors. Each meter is calibrated in-house, considering the customer's specified operating viscosity, and comes with a calibration certificate.

Technical Data
The series includes various models (ZHM 01/1, 01/2, 02, 03, 04) with different measuring ranges and K-factors, suitable for a wide range of flow rates and pressures. The meters are designed to handle viscosities from 1 to 25,000 mm²/s.

Calibration
Calibration is performed using high-precision equipment, ensuring traceability to national standards. The calibration factor (K-factor) is determined for each meter, allowing for accurate flow rate calculations.

ZHM HP Series – Gear Flow Meters Calibration In-house calibration is performed on volumetric calibration rigs or in our DAkkS calibration laboratory, depending on the needs of the client.
