Data subject to change without notice KATKO LoadSafe New Load Break Switches from 200 to 400 amps With the launch of 200-250 amp (& 160 amp (P) industrial model) and 315-400 amp load break switches KATKO now has a full range of modular new generation load break switches from 200 to 800 amps. A complete series of load break switches manufactured in Finland. LoadSafe 200-800 A range is made of fully recyclable halogen-free V0 plastic. Recyclability and next generation modular design have been awarded with Red Dot [2021] award. KATKO LoadSafe Modular Load Break Switches from 200 to 800 amps AC-23A 690V Three different sizes with Red Dot [2021] award winning product design, top of the line ratings, VDE tested and approved, wide range of fully compatible accessories, cable connectors for Al and Cu cables and a modular design made of 100% recyclable materials. KU 800, 400 & 250 A have been rated for AC-23A 1000V and the whole range has been rated for AC-23A 690V. All switches have been tested and approved by VDE according to DIN EN 60947-3 (VDE 0660 Teil 107):2017-02; EN 60947-3:2009/A1:2012/A2:2015 LoadSafe range has an option for test position for testing auxiliary contacts while main contacts remain open. Note, only available on request. Due to high quality materials and 3rd party testing and approvals 200-800 A LoadSafe range has excellent thermal resistance and short circuit withstand strength.

Data subject to change without notice FEATURES All LoadSafe switches from 200 to 800 amps & 160 amp (P) are available with direct handle or external handle. Both handles are easily installed and padlockable. Standard external handle for 315-800 amps is LKX 150 (left). For 200-250 amps and 160 amp (P) LKX 100 (middle) is the standard option. Both versions are also available in yellow/red colours when needed. Terminal covers are available in two versions - flush (left) and high (middle). Data subject to change without notice FEATURES Easy to install auxiliary contacts are side mountable and available in 1NO/1NC and 2NO/2NC versions. It is possible to install two auxiliary units on either side making the maximum amount of contacts 8NO/8NC. The same auxiliary contact unit is compatible with KU switches from 100 to 800 amps. LoadSafe range is available as 3, 4, 6 and 8-pole version as well as 3 and 4-pole change-over. All configurations are factory assembled and cannot be reconfigured.
