- Straight Tubes: Feature two tubesheets, a shell with an expanding joint if necessary, and accessibility on the tube side. Includes tube-in-tube exchangers.
- U Tubes: Include one tubesheet, a removable bundle, and accessibility on two circuits. Available in traditional or kettle designs.
- Corrugated Tubes: Corrugation is achieved by grooving the external wall of the tube, enhancing turbulence and reducing fouling. A standard range is available in stock (0.5 to 6 m²).
- Complies with cGMP recommendations.
- Features no retention areas and double tubesheets to prevent cross-contamination and detect leakages.
- Surface roughness is low, with Ra 0.6 μm or less available upon request.
- Conditions of Service: Pressure ranges from full vacuum to 500 bars, and temperatures from -50°C to 1,000°C maximum.
- Flow rate capacity up to 7,500 m³/h.
- Materials include stainless steel, duplex, nickel alloy, and titanium.
- Design codes include CODAP, AD-MERKBLATT, ASME VIII, TEMA, and others upon request.
